Seeking interns for various rotations to provide either safety or engineering support on dams projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region!
Will assist Safety/Civil Engineers in various capacities working onsite at these large dam geotechnical/foundation projects.

Description of Position
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), ), Office of Engineering and Construction is seeking applicants for an internship position. The duties for this position include working closely with members of the Bureau of Dam Safety & Flood Control to aid in dam failure / flood modeling, plan review (including hydrologic, hydraulic, geotechnical and structural dam design), inspection of dams (safety, construction and emergency inspections) and emergency response in coordination with the NJ State Police and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
