Pending Legislation: HB610 Legislative Fact Sheet

On March 18, 2014 Alabama State Representative Mary Sue McClurkin introduced House Bill 610 which, if passed, would establish a state dam safety program (Co-sponsors are State Reps. Hill and Wallace.) ASDSO will be working with ASCE, ACEC Alabama and other stakeholders to promote dam safety in the state.
