State Dam Loan/Grant Funding Program  

Colorado has a funding program to assist dam owners with repair, abandonment, or removal of dams.

Colorado Water Conservation Board has a dam
construction assistance program that provides low interest loans to dam owners for new dams and rehabilitation of existing of dams.
